Ask where the good way is and walk in it" Jeremiah 6 verse 16

How did Jesus train his disciples? He called them to walk with him, to be with him, to be his helpers, and talked over his teachings with them.

The bible tells us that if we are born again then we have a new life in him and he lives in us. Since Jesus lives in us, then certainly he goes everywhere we go. So if we go for a long walk or a hike in the woods then he is there with you.

It is my desire to walk with Jesus on earth and in my heart.. This means that everything I do involves him, whether it is taking a long walk or praising him.  I yearn to constantly get to know him better and this ministry is dedicated to helping others heal broken hearts and learn to walk with him. 

As a long distance walker and hiker, taking long walks is one of my passions. I have hiked in many different areas of the United States, have been a paficipant in marathons and ultra-marathons and have worked as a hiking guide. I have heard the Lord calling me to use this passion and skill as a way to reach out to others. I believe with all my heart that it is Gods intention for me to reach the broken hearted and help them heal and get to know him as I have.   This is the reason that God has started this ministry (I cannot take the credit for it).

If you have ever suffered heart ache of any type than I invite you to join us as we get to know Christ better. I believe that everyone has suffered heart ache to one degree or another at some point in their lives. Regardless of how long you have been a Christian or how long you have been in recovery from a broken heart, we invite you to join us.

While the central part of this ministry will involve walking the streets of the area and along the beaches, this ministry is really about mending broken hearts. so whether you are able to walk marathons or are bound to a wheel chair, I pray that you will join us.  Please come listen to the words that God gives me to share.

This site will be dedicated to walking with Jesus and will be updated as this ministry develops. I plan to organize walks in the Myrtle Beach area that will include learning the teachings of Jesus, talking about the lessons and long walks with Jesus. Please be sure to check back here regularly.
